![]() | Our cuisine is based on traditional Italian dishes that have been reinterpreted to make them as light and balanced as possible. The Chef divides up each week's offerings between an enogastronomic "journey" through a particular region of Italy and special menus designed for our event evenings. We make our own bread and desserts. Our gluten-free menus allow people with celiac disease to eat here without any problems. Il Viaggio restaurant is informed and monitored by the Italian Celiac Association. Great attention is paid to the correct preparation, seasonal nature and freshness of ingredients. There are two wine lists: one covers wines from all over Italy and the other, edited by “le Vigne del Lazio", is regional. |
